THE GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company was founded as an insurance intermediary by the citizens of the Republic of Armenia Artavazd Yakhshibekyan and Sargis Javadyan. According to the Memorandum of Association signed on 24th January 1997 each founder’s share was 50%.

On 10th February 1997 the company was issued the ԱՄԳ 0001 license on insurance intermediary activity realization for 3 year-period by the Ministry of Finance of RA.

On 14th March 1997 the company was registered by Myasnikyan region department of State Register of Armenia, Yerevan, as “Arajin Apahovagrakan Broker” Ltd. (the registration number 273.110.01758, the Certificate 01Ա number 032261). The company acted with this name until 1999.

By the participants’ meeting decision the company was renamed “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd. on 18th August 1999. The same meeting stated the new revision of the company’s statute adjusted to the acting legislation and the change of the participants.

On 27th December 1999 Myasnikyan region department of State Register of Armenia registered the changes of the name, statute and participants of the company. Artavazd Yakhshibekyan and Samvel Hakobyan were registered as the participants of the company with 50% share for each of them. On 4th February 2000 the company was issued the ԱՄԳ 0001 license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period by the Ministry of Finance of RA.

On 13th March 2003 the company was issued the ԱՄԳ 0009 license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of RA.

According to the requirements of “Insurance and Insurance Activities” low of RA, issued in April of 2007, “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd. was issued the ԱՊԲ 0001 license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period by the Central Bank of Armenia on 29th January 2008.

On 16th August 2008 Nork Marash territory department of the State Register of juridical persons of Armenia, Yerevan, registered the new edition of the company’s statute adjusted to the acting legislation and stated by the participants’ meeting on 17th July 2008.
