THE COMPANY PARTICIPANTS

The citizens of the RA Artavazd Yakhshibekyan and Samvel Hakobyan, each with 50% share, are the participants of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd.

Artavazd Yakhshibekyan was born on 21 of September 1951 in Yerevan, the Armenian SSR. Graduated from Yerevan State Polytechnic Institute after Karl Marks with mining engineer qualification in 1973.

From 01.10.1973 to 19.12.1981 worked as the engineer of student construction department in Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, then until 19.11.1975 was the Institute Young Communists committee secretary’s Deputy. 

From 19.11.1975 to 19.12.1981 worked as the secretary, the 2nd secretary, the 1st secretary of the Young Communists committee of Myasnikyan region, then until 23.08.1983 was the Instructor of the Armenian Communist Party committee Organizing Department of Myasnikyan region.

From 25.08.1983 to 10.09.1986 worked as the Head of inspection, the chief engineer duties performer, then the chief engineer in “Hayshinantartughtmatar” Republican Union.

From 10.09.1986 to 16.10.1987 worked as the Deputy of the Head Director, then as the Deputy of the General Director of “Derjinsku” machine-tool union, Yerevan.

From 16.10.1987 to 01.03.1991worked as the Head of the Industrial, Transport and Building district, then as the Instructor of the Myasnikyan regional Organizing district of the Armenian Communist Party.

From 28.03.1991 to 25.01.1993 worked as the Director in “Perlit” small state-owned enterprise.

From 01.02.1993 to 01.11.1994 worked as the chief specialist in “Hayardshinanyuter” state-owned production union under the Government of RA.

From 24.10.1994 to 24.03.1997 worked as the Executive Director in “Perlit” Ltd.

From 01.11.1994 to 28.02.1996 worked as the chief specialist, then the Head of State Emergency respond district.

From 25.03.1997 to 01.04.2005 worked as the Executive Director in “Arajin Apahovagrakan Broker” Ltd., then “Prime Insurance Brokers”.

From 01.01.1999 to 10.09.2004 concurrently worked as the Executive Director in “Grand” Insurance Ltd.

From 31.03.2005 to 27.10.2005 concurrently worked as the Executive Director in “Rasco” Insurance Ltd.

From 15.01.2007 till now works as the Executive Director In “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd.

Married. Has two children.

Samvel Hakobyan was born on 21 of January 1955 in Ballugja village, Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh autonomy.

Graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute after Karl Marks with hydraulic engineer qualification in 1977.

In 1997-1982 worked as a foreman, section manager in “Astrakhanhydrostat” trust, Guryev region, the Kazakh SSR.

In 1983-1991 worked as a foreman, section manager, construction boards manager in “Haygazard” production association.

In 1991-1993 served in the Army of defense of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

In 1992-1995 was the representative of the State defense committee of  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in Askeran region.

In 1995-1997 worked as a Deputy of the Commander of the Army of defense of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

In 1997-2002 worked as a CAO of the Askeran region, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

In 2002-2011 – the president of Entrepreneurs and Employers Union of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

In 2006-2010 – the Deputy of the National Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

Married. Has two children.
