REGISTRATION AND LICENSE

The documents, which confirm the state registration of the company, the registration of Statute changes, the registration of the name and trade mark, the licenses on insurance intermediary activity realization are available on appropriate page in Armenian, where the following documents are presented:

• The license on insurance intermediary activity realization for 3 year-period, provided to “Arajin Apahovagrakan Broker” Ltd. by the Ministry of Finance of RA on 10th February 1997.

• The Certificate 01Ա number 032261 of the state registration of “Arajin Apahovagrakan Broker” Ltd., issued on 03 March 1997, with loose leaf number 001, regarding the kind of company’s activity.

• The Certificate of Intellectual Property Activity, regarding the registration of the trade mark of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd., issued on 10 June 1999.

• The loose leaf number 002, regarding the change of the name, participants and Statute of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd., issued on 28 December 1999.

• The license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period, provided to “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd. by the Ministry of Finance of RA on 4th February 2000.

• The license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period, provided to “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd. by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of RA on 13th March 2003.

• The loose leaf number 003, regarding the registration of Lilit Shmavonyan as the Director of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd., issued on 30 June 2004.

• The loose leaf number 004, regarding the registration of Artavazd Yakhshibekyan as the General Director of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd., issued on 19 January 2008.

• The license on insurance intermediary activity realization for non-limited period, provided to “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd. by the Central Bank of Armenia on 29th January 2008

• The loose leaf number 005, regarding the registration of Artavazd Yakhshibekyan as the Executive Director of “Prime Insurance Brokers” Ltd., the changes in Director status and confirmation of the new edition of the Statute of the company, issued on 16 August 2008.

• The Statute of the company, stated by the participants’ meeting on 17th July 2008 with further editions.
