“Prime Insurance Brokers” is a limited liability company and provides insurance brokerage services, doesn’t conduct securities public offering and has no participants with insignificant participation.

Taking into consideration, that significant participants of the company – Artavazd Yakhshibekyan and Samvel Hakobyan – have the access to the information specified in sub-paragraph 3, paragraph 25, Chapter 4 of the Central Bank Board  Regulation number 8/03 “Publication of information by banks, credit organizations, insurance companies, insurance brokers, investment organizations, Central Depository, payment and settlement organizations, engaged in money transfers”, in accordance with sub-paragraph 4, paragraph 25, Chapter 4 of the Regulation the Company finds it unreasonable to publicize the specified information on the web-site.
